A remodeling exercise showing the before and after scenario of the design development.

A general upgrade and value addition of the clients present residence is to be transformed to a more modern and contemporary outlook.

General facade representations in our proposal gave way from the existing to appear lighter in colour, efficient use of different textures and materials applied but in all, a cost conscious approach was a forethought in realizing this transformation.

All allied consultants are to be engaged to make the project viable and delivered at the estimated time frame of handover.
